I am a Certified Home Inspector with NACHI, National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, I.D. #NACHI-04041207. I am licensed with NYSDOS as a Home Inspector, #16000009783. While in the United States Navy, I was in charge of Preventive Maintenance. I have been educated as an aviation technician. All items that pertain to a house are in an air craft. I have 29 years experience in the preventive maintenance/maintenance and construction fields consisting of electrical, structual, mechanical, air conditioning, heating, roofing, construction and plumbing. Certified with New York State as a termite inspector; certification #C3836010, certified with The National Radon Safety Board as a Radon Measurement Specialist #6SS0026 and certified with Pro-Lab for suspect biological growth (molds). Having performed inspections on residential and commerical properties throughout Long Island, Westchester, Putnam, Orange, Columbia and Dutchess Counties. I continue to educate myself as per NACHI recommendations.
